Type of consultation: New Patient, Review, Review with new referral, After surgery follow up, Pensioner, Health Care Card holders, DVA Gold holders. We also register with WorkCover Qld.

Pensioner and Health Care Card holder: Concession rate. DVA Gold holders: No out of pocket charge. All other types: Full payment at the time of consultation.

Fees are payable in full at the time of consultation. We accept EFTPOS and cards Only. Please contact our reception for the current estimated fee.

For your convenience, we recommend you to register your bank account details with Medicare, so that when your payment is processed at the outpatients clinic, details can be sent directly to Medicare. You will then have your rebate directly credited to your bank account, usually within one or two days. Alternatively, you can bring your receipt to Medicare office for Medicare rebate.

Dr Ming Ho currently has an agreement arrangement with most private health insurance, please contact our reception for details. If you are self-funded patients, we would provide you with estimated cost for item numbers proposed by Dr Ming Ho. All payment are required to be made by your procedure date.

Please be aware that other health professionals may involve in your treatment, such as anaesthetist, surgical assistant. We are not in the position to give you idea of their fees. You are encouraged to contact them directly for further information.

You will also need to contact your private health insurance to check whether the cost of your treatment and hospital stay would be covered by your private health fund. We are happy to provide you with the item number of the procedure proposed by Dr Ming Ho, so that you can make related enquires to your private health insurance.
